How to get in touch

Email hello@wurdler.com. To make a report easy to act on, please include:

• the name of the tool you were using (for example, the Word Jumble or the Word Counter)
• a description of what happened and what you expected to happen instead
• the browser you were using and, if you know it, the device

If a tool is not working at all, a screenshot is helpful, though a short description of the steps is usually enough.

What to expect

Messages are answered in the order they arrive. Reports that can be reproduced quickly are addressed first, and suggestions for new tools are considered in the site's planning. Please note that there is no guaranteed response time and no support desk; this service is provided as a free resource.

For your security, please do not include passwords, payment details, or any personal information in your message. If you do not receive a reply, a short follow-up is welcome.
